Wellbeing Group (incorporating Heart and Soul)

Personal and planetary wellbeing is at the heart of Transition.  When we are in right relationship with ourselves and the planet, we become part of the flow and rhythm of life. "Wellbeing", as well as looking at the inner processes that help us to embrace change, aims to help us find our own rhythm and come to understand that whatever we do to ourselves, we do to the planet.  Therefore in taking better care of ourselves we make a valuable contribution towards the good of the whole.See More

Welcome to TTW,

I'm the Re-skilling lead.  If you would like to join any of our working groups, then go to the Groups page, choose the group you're interested in and click the join button at the top of the page.

You'll then receive all the updates for that group.

Hope to meet you soon
